You are what your mind is
We often force ourself to build muscle because it does helps you carry our physical body.
But very poorly we manage our mental strength and more often not we underestimate the importance of our mind.
If your mind constantly prone to negativity, low selfconfidence , lazyness, it will be directly propotional to the way you live your life.
Majority will accept this and will try to drag their life as it go. They do this for one reason which is : easy. it is very easy not to do anything.
If you dream big, its your duty to do something to change your mind and start building confidencem, self confidence and winning attitude, even when things dosen’t go your way, continuing this mind set will make wonders in your long run.
