Things were perfect. So when an opportunity came from one of the top Fortune companies, I froze.
âť“Should I take the risk?
Everyone — my mentors, friends, and family — said,
“There is no risk now to take a risk.”
And I almost believed it.
While attending a conference abroad, I casually shared my situation with a younger colleague — someone 8 years junior to me.
He paused and asked,
“Bro, don’t you think the right time to take a risk is when there’s no risk?”
That one line flipped my entire perspective.
🧠I went ahead and accepted the offer.
And today, I can confidently say — it was one of the best professional calls I’ve made.
This experience taught me a vital lesson:
