We’re often told “don’t look back” — but I believe the opposite.
One of my habits is to reflect on where I stood a year ago and measure if my growth trajectory is moving forward — both professionally and personally.
Today, as I mark one year since I moved on from my previous organization, life brought me full circle — I unexpectedly met many of my former colleagues and mentors at a social gathering.
It reminded me of something valuable:
🌟 Relationships built through work don’t need to end when your job does.
So often we forget to maintain those connections. But these people and places have shaped who we are. In my journey, I owe much of what I am today — not just to my own efforts — but to every colleague, boss, and organization that molded my career and character.
Let’s not underestimate the power of:
