I used to resist this idea. Maybe being an only child, or being deeply self-reliant, made me feel networking was optional — or even fake.
But here’s the truth: I was wrong.
Everything I’ve achieved so far has been due to hard work and luck. Not networking. And that’s exactly what makes my journey harder than it needs to be.
I’ve been connecting with students and freshers in the UK since 2022. This year, for the first time, I noticed something eye-opening:

Not one success story came from traditional job portals alone.
That was a wake-up call.
